EMERGENCY services were called to a single vehicle accident east of Dubbo on Thursday night following what the Daily Liberal understands was a police pursuit.

Fire and Rescue NSW Dubbo crews were among those who attended the accident scene at 10.40pm.
Station Officer Chris Cusack said firefighters were called to the scene to assist other emergency service personnel.
In a separate incident, emergency services were called to a car that caught on fire at BP on Erskine Street at 6.10am on Friday.
A request has been put into BP for further information on this incident.
