Police are investigating after a vehicle crashed in Parkes on Wednesday.

Emergency services were called after reports the driver had lost control, the car had rolled and the passenger had been ejected.
Paramedics treated a 28-year-old man, believed to be the passenger of the vehicle, at the scene. He was airlifted to Liverpool Hospital where he is in a critical but stable condition.

Police attended the scene and were told by witnesses the driver was able to free themselves from the vehicle and was seen limping from the crash scene.
Police said they hold concerns for the wellbeing of the driver as they may of suffered serious injuries.
Inquiries continue by officers attached to the Crash Investigation unit, and investigators are appealing for motorists who may have been in the area around the time of the crash - particularly those who have dash cam vision - to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
