Eligible organisations can apply online in order to receive a portion of the $127,707 fund, with social programs or projects that 'deliver social, cultural or environmental benefits for communities throughout the greater Local Government Area' considered eligible.
Mayor of the Dubbo Region Ben Shields said the money would be well spent this year, assisting groups who have felt the crunch of COVID-19.

"We are very lucky to have some amazing community groups in our region, who like many commercial businesses have felt the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic," Mr Shields said.
"The Community Services Fund can help these groups continue the great work they do for our community."
Instructions on how to submit an application can be found online on the Dubbo Regional Council website, which also includes guidance on what groups are eligible and what criteria must be met.
A number of groups were awarded funding in last year's slate of submissions, including the Wellington Information and Neighborhood Services organisation and Connecting Community Services, both of whom received $30,000.
Applications for the funding grant have already opened and will remain open for further submissions until June 12.
