The week ending January 5 holds the record for the highest consumption of water with residents using 393L under then level four water restrictions with a target of 280L per person per day.
That week temperatures soared to 45 degrees Celsius.
The record low 195L in the week ending May 10 reflects cooler temperatures and rain.
The Bureau of Meteorology reports of 28.6 millimetres (mm) of rain falling at Dubbo City Regional Airport in May, as of Friday morning.
Meanwhile, in the week ending May 17, Wellington residents used 153L per person per day, down from 162L in the week ending May 10.
Geurie residents consumed 138L per person per day in the week ending May 10, up from 102L the previous week.
