The Dubbo store is one of eight that will open this weekend, in addition to seven others around the country that have already been opened.
The retailer put down the shutters of its physical shopfronts on March 29 for an initial period of four weeks as the coronavirus crisis deepened.
It was one of at least 20 Dubbo businesses who voluntarily decided to take the step towards the end of March.

A spokesperson said Myer had made the decision to open another eight stores based on the success and positive response from opening the first seven last weekend.
"We look forward to welcoming more team members back to work, and more customers back to their favourite department store, where we have taken extra precautions to ensure Myer has a safe and hygienic shopping environment for all."
A number of enhanced safety and cleaning measures will be implemented across the Dubbo store including signage, social distancing, monitoring of customer numbers, contactless payments and sneeze guards at registers.
