The staff have just released Do-Re-Migos, their version of the Sound of Music classic, to add a little bit of joy into someone's day.

"We thought that at the moment, what the world needs more than anything is some kindness and also a little bit of joy. So we've been trying to really push ourselves outside our comfort zones a little bit and try a few new things in the hopes that it'll bring a smile to someone's face," Ms Forster said.

The team started helping to write lyrics and work out the choreography. Dietitian Helen Barnett provided the vocals and one of the GPs edited it all together.

Ms Forster said for most of the staff, public speaking or performing wasn't within their comfort zone, but she was presently surprised at the reaction.

"The main underlying message remains that we're here and we want to help, don't let your healthcare slip at the moment," Ms Forster said.

"We have to be a little bit more creative, we have to do it by telehealth, but don't feel like you don't have access to the support you need. It's important for everyone to remember healthcare services are still here for them."

Since Do-Re-Migos was posted at the weekend it's already been seen more than 500 times. Ms Forster said the staff were already brainstorming a sequel.
