The talented The Lagoon reinswoman steered two members of her own team to victory - Catch A Moment ($1.45 favourite) and Miss Lemon ($3.40) - plus a double for her trainer-brother Josh Turnbull in Yes You May ($1.80 favourite) and Just One More ($2.40 favourite).
It moved her tally of winning drives for the season to 97 and has Turnbull in position to continue her run as one of the leading drivers in the state.
Not since season 2008-09 has Turnbull fallen short of cracking triple figures in terms of winning drives and even then her 95 victors ranked her fifth in the NSW drivers' premiership.
The first of her winning drives on Friday aboard three-year-old gelding Yes You May featured the tightest finish, with just a half neck between the victor and Camanchi Warrior ($12).
It was his third win in 21 starts for Josh Turnbull, some new driving tactics paying off.
"He sort of has a habit of just switching off the last little bit," Amanda Turnbull said.
"We tried just something different with him, holding on with him the whole way up the straight, to see if he could still find the line.
"It was good to see it work because he's a good horse at coming second, he normally switches off."
The Dawn OfA New Day x Mayihaveabiscuit gelding showed good gate speed from barrier four and while challenged for the lead, did enough to cross and find the front.
He covered the first quarter in 28.5 seconds then backed that up with a 28.1 third split to lead by around two metres as they turned for home.
Camanchi Warrior, with Amanda Turnbull's brother Nathan Turnbull in the gig, threatened down the sprint lane but Yes You May held on. He rated a career best 1:57.0.
"I knew he'd hang on there," Turnbull said.
"He had to do a lot of work early too, so that was a fairly good tempo.
"He's come back a lot stronger this year, he's just had a lot of problems."
