In Walgett, 29 warnings have been issued with six infringements handed out for repeat offenders.
In Bourke, 17 warnings and five infringements notices have been issued for residents not staying home and socialising in groups larger than two.
While in Brewarrina, police have issued 10 warnings and one infringement notice, with one warning and two infringements issued in Cobar.
Central North Police District Commander, Superintendent Andrew Hurst said, people must stay at home unless they have a reasonable excuse for leaving.
Shopping for food, travel to work or school, medical treatment or exercise are among the full list of reasonable excuses.
"Despite the vast majority of local residents doing the right thing, it appears that the messaging the government and police have been promoting is not getting through to some" he said.
Central North Police will continue to enforce the state's ministerial directions under the Public Health Act and the community is urged to do their bit by staying home and stopping the spread.
Anyone with information on individuals or businesses in contravention of the ministerial directions are urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Information is treated in strict confidence. The public is reminded not to report crime via NSW Police social media pages.
