It has launched the 14-week business innovation program "Innovating Around The Box", developed by The Scale Institute at Charles Sturt University.
Participants will have access to six guides, among them The Scale Institute founder Stephen Rutter, and they will provide facilitation of regular sessions and one on one coaching.
There will also be access to a pool of 20 local mentors, among them The Exchange founder Jillian Kilby, long-time businessman John Walkom and Taronga Western Plains Zoo director Steve Hinks and Charles Sturt University strategic advisor Fiona Nash.
The Exchange is partly subsidising the cost of the program for participants with funding from an AusIndustry Expert in Residence grant.
The program starts on April 29 and interested business owners can find out more or register their interest at The Exchange's website.
