Stella, who turned three on April 11, is among thousands of people across the region in lockdown in their home due to government restrictions amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The Daily Liberal spoke to some of the people celebrating their birthday, including 21-year-old Emerson Drady, about how they marked the occasion while stuck at home.
Stella's parents Rachael and Dale Robertson organised a Zoom party with balloons, cake and all of their daughter's dolls and teddies lined up as guests.
"She was very overwhelmed because there was a screen full of people, but later that night she asked me to have more cake and 'get everyone back in the TV'," Mrs Robertson said.
Joining in the Zoom video chat for Stella's birthday were her seven cousins, six aunts and uncles and three grandparents.

"At the end of the day she said that was her 'best birthday ever'," Mrs Robertson said.
Meanwhile, Emerson Drady, who celebrated her 21st birthday on April 9 in lockdown, had to go to plan C' when organising her party.
"I was meant to be in Bali, I was going away with all my family," she said of her original plan to celebrate.
"Then we cancelled that [due to COVID-19] and planned to go to Mooloolaba [on the Sunshine Coast]."
But after state borders were shut, Ms Drady decided to stay home with her mother and sister and get online to mark the milestone.
"I worked through the day and then got all dressed up to do some photos at home," she said.
"I had a Zoom call with all my extended family, there was probably 30 of them and they were from all over - Scone, Wollongong, Sydney, the Central Coast and Bathurst.
"It'll definitely be memorable, who can say that they celebrated their 21st birthday during the coronavirus pandemic."
