While the most immediate change offered by the time in seclusion is a simple one; a new, blonde hair colour as part of a social media challenge being taken up by other NRL players, the young centre is also hard at work staying in the best shape possible.

"There's a challenge on Instagram amongst some of the boys from the different clubs to die your hair blonde ... James Roberts nominated me and David Fifita, so he's gone as well," Staggs told NRL.COM.
"This is what you do when you're stuck at home and can't do much. I thought I'd just go for a new look and it turned out pretty "Slim Shady"."
"But when I did it, far out, it burns your scalp ... so I'm not going to do it again!"
Staggs is currently in self-isolation with Broncos teammates and housemates Jake Turpin and Ethan Bullemor in Brisbane.
"It helps you get through these tough times, having two boys that you play with and train with every day," Staggs said.
"We get updated all the time on what is going on, so at the end of the day we .. just keep in shape.
"We just finished preseason not long ago so we don't want to fall back from what we've done. We want to eat the right food and keep on our toes."
All three thanked the Broncos fans for their support during the difficult time.
