Mt Piper Power Station could receive coal via existing Dubbo railway line

While re-instating the Kandos to Gulgong rail line remains a possibility for the future supply of coal to the Mt Piper Power Station, it's just one option on the table, with "a longer way around through Dubbo" using an existing line also on the table
