Dubbo residents had 320 litres (L) of water per person per day at their disposal in the week ending Sunday but only used 210L.
In the first week of the return of level three water restrictions, residents used 26L less per person per day than the previous week when level four water restrictions were in place.
The level four water restrictions target is 280L and level three 320L.
A whopping 73.6 millimetres (mm) of rain fell in Dubbo in the first six days of April, including 63.6mm in the 24-hour period to 9am Monday.
Dubbo residents have stayed under water restriction targets for nine consecutive weeks.
Wellington residents reduced their individual daily water consumption to 147L in the week ending Sunday, down from 178L the previous week.
In contrast, Geurie residents' water use jumped to 174L, up 52L from 122L the previous week.
