Students at Dubbo West Preschool want people to know that after ever storm comes a rainbow, and in among the current storm the world is going through there is a little colour.

To do that the students and educators have made a rainbow trail and stuck it to the fence of their preschool for everyone to enjoy.
"It's a reminder after every storm comes a rainbow, we will be okay and we are all in this together," Educator Sam Morley said.
With many students at home self-isolating, the small group of children attending the preschool created rainbows to hang on the fence.
They are now extending an invitation to any other children around town to come and add their own craft works to the fence. They even have the zip ties already there.
Ms Morley said they only ask people follow self distancing guidelines and keep a safe distance from others at the fence.
"So if one family is adding their artwork, please wait until they are finished before you get out of the car."
With rain across the region preschool educators said they were happy to laminate children's artwork before it went on the fence.
The preschool is also participating in the popular Dubbo bear hunt, with a bear hidden among the brightly coloured message for children to find.
