The federal government announced the changes during a media conference on Sunday night, saying that churches, casinos, cinemas, gyms, indoor sports venues and entertainment venues must also close.
Restaurants and cafes can still serve takeaway and do home delivery, but sit down meals are banned.
CSC supervisor Natasha White said they had already made changes to the way they were working, and would continue to make more in line with the restrictions.
"We have the takeway menu and the coffee from the window," she said.
"Before the latest announcement we had already spread out all our tables, and we taking orders from the window so that people didn't have to come in contact with eachother. We were really trying to practice social distancing as much as we could," Ms White said.
We are taking every day as it comes at the moment, we are following the restrictions and adapting in the best way possible.

"From midday on Monday we will be takeaway only. We also have frozen meals here to support the town, espcially for those people who are struggling to find food services, we have them covered.
"And we still have coffee and drinks, and other forms of takeaway foods."
CSC were also offering a delivery service, and people could also order online via the skip app, and collect their food when it was ready.
Ms White said she had noticed that Macquarie Street was quieter than it usually was.
"We are lucky to have customers that love and support us who are still coming in each day, and other local businesses that are supporting us, and we are supporting them in ways we can too.
"We are just taking every day as it comes at the moment, and following the restrictions and adapting to them in the best way possible," Ms White said.
Other shops and shopping centres remain open, and funerals are allowed if the four square meter rule for indoor gatherings is adhered too.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison said the measures were 'stage 1' measures, and would be reviewed as things changed. But people should expect them to be in place for six months.
He said he was "deeply regretful" about hte impact of club, restaurant and entertainment closures on workers and businesses, but said it was "a necessary one" to ensure "that we can control the spread of this virus."
