In the week ending Monday, residents used 236 litres (L) per person per day, 44L less than the target of 280L per person per day.

The Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) reports of 17.4 millimetres (mm) of rain falling at Dubbo City Regional Airport in the 24-hour period to 9am Sunday, a day when outdoor watering is permitted for 30 minutes.
In the past six weeks, starting February 3 to 9, residents have used 260L, 221L, 235L, 238L, 234l and 236L.
Wellington and Geurie residents have been under the target for 10 weeks.
In the week ending Monday, Wellington residents used 168L and Geurie residents 132L.
As of Wednesday morning, Dubbo had received 86.2mm of rain this month.
Average rainfall in Dubbo during the month of March is 60mm.
The BoM is forecasting the "chance" of a thunderstorm on Tuesday.
