Shelves in Dubbo supermarkets have been plundered of toilet paper, tissues and hand sanitiser like so many others in NSW.
The panic buying has prompted health authorities to emphasise the quarantining of people who may have come into contact with Covid-19 only lasts two weeks.

Readers of the Daily Liberal have been equally unimpressed by the sight of empty shelves.
One of them, a customer of Coles in Dubbo Square, told the Daily Liberal of his surprise on Wednesday of not being able to grab a few rolls.
"The toilet rolls were completely sold out as well as tissues and hand sanitiser," he said.
"A truck was coming on Thursday morning to restock. People are mental."
Another reader spent an hour on Thursday morning trying to buy a particular brand of toilet paper.
The empty shelves at Coles prompted him to travel to Woolworths Delroy Park where he was lucky to find the brand of toilet paper he wanted.
But the shelves had been practically stripped and his purchase was limited to "four packs of toilet paper per transaction" as directed by a sign erected in the West Dubbo supermarket.
"I understand the virus doesn't give you diarrhoea so I am not sure why people need so much toilet paper," he said.
Not all communities are short on one of the necessities of life.
Kodi J Brady used Facebook to tell of "plenty of toilet paper here in Coonabarabran".
He encouraged people to "wipe your .. in the Warrumbungles".
"..buy a coffee at our coffee shops, bread from our bakers, have a meal, go to the pub for a beer, stay in a motel and support a drought affected country town," he wrote.
Nyngan was another town where toilet paper was aplenty.
"Thank God people in Nyngan aren't crazy," Angie White wrote in a Facebook post.
On Thursday afternoon a 50-year-old man was in custody at Tamworth Police Station after being tasered in a violent arrest.
The Northern Daily Leader reported that he had allegedly assaulted staff and a customer in a Tamworth store after a dispute over toilet paper.
