Increased Internet capacity for businesses. This is the headline on page two of Monday's Daily Liberal. Wonderful news for businesses. There is a long process to go through though and businesses may see the result of tenders to complete the project and get a timeline "later this year". I will stay tuned as to the progress.

On 17 June 2019, Mr. Saunders, you promised two things.
1. "Dugald Saunders is working at connecting constituents". This is to do with better internet connectivity mainly for businesses.
2. "MP Dugald Saunders promises to eliminate black spots in Dubbo". This is to do with mobile phones which I would suspect 99% of your constituents own.
The first "promise" has been covered in today's announcement, but what has happened to the second promise? At the time you expressed your concern that residents were not able to connect to emergency services in time of need. You also acknowledged that in the region "there are some fairly well-known places that have black spots".
I am sure what your constituents would like to know what the present position is in relation to eliminating "black spots". What are you doing about this problem Mr. Saunders? Your constituents are entitled to know.
Perhaps you could advise your constituents via your weekly column "Matters of State".
