Rowe is the keynote speaker of the inaugural and sell-out Leadership Assembly to be held on Tuesday.
The event organised by The Exchange also features former Coca Cola Amatil head of people and culture, and Nevertire resident Simone Fletcher and Meta Dynamics professional coach Ellenor Cox on the line-up.
All full-day tickets had been snapped up by a week before the function, billed as a celebration of women in leadership and coinciding with International Women's Week.
The Exchange community manager Minna Demetriou said the assembly stemmed from a desire to uplift the Dubbo community and recognise the incredible business women in the region.

It would empower small businesses owners and leaders in the region and simultaneously celebrate the Dubbo community and deliver a full day of professional development, she said.
Rowe's keynote address was being keenly anticipated by the organisers.
"She is passionate about mental health, women in leadership, community and having fun," Ms Demetriou said.
"All consistent with our values here at The Exchange."
A women in leadership workshop led by Ms Cox will start the day, before the lunch and Rowe's address and Q and A.
The event, to be held at The Exchange Clock Tower in Macquarie Street, will finish with Ms Fletcher's HR and mental health workshop.
