The nine new Stars of Dubbo who will hit the dance floor for the Cancer Council have been announced.

The Dance for Cancer will be on May 1 at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre.
This year's stars are: the teachers at St John's College, Jordan Primmer, Tiffany Vanstone, Errin Williamson, Sally Matthews, Maddie Langley, Leisa Ross and pairing up is Jasanna Pilon and Cara Grey.
The stars will be competing not only to win over the judges, but to wow the crowd with their moves.

Cancer Council NSW community lead Ricky Puata said he was extremely excited about this year's event.
In the lead up, the stars will also be raising money for the Cancer Council. Last year, more than $140,000 was raised from the event.
"This year we have some very exciting and creative methods that our stars are using to raise money. We are looking forward to seeing their dancing and fundraising efforts up until the event," he said.
Tickets will go on sale on March 13 and can be purchased through the DRTCC.
