I read with interest the Daily Liberal on Saturday 22 February 2020. You get a Senior Judge Roger Dive, the Law Society of NSW President, Richard Harvey and the Orana Law Society President, Andrew Boog all emphatically agree that Dubbo needs a drug Court and rehabilitation service. Even the two Parliamentary inquiries agree with this. Why is the NSW Government "faffing" about?

14/12/2018 - Candidate-Mr. Saunders said "This is something I am passionate about and I will personally be pushing this for our community".
24/1/2019 - Candidate-Mr. Saunders said "he would fight hard to make sure a drug court happens in Dubbo". It's something the community has taken a lot of interest in over recent times, and something if elected I'll be fighting hard to make sure happens".
28/3/2019 - Mr. Coulton the Federal Member for Parkes said "The Federal Government has committed $3 million towards a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility in Dubbo. If it is not built in Dubbo it is unclear what would happen to the $3 million..."
20/6/2019 - Member-Mr. Saunders said "No funding to set-up a drug detox and rehabilitation facility in Dubbo will be promised in the NSW 2019 budget."
22/9/2019 - A 2018 parliamentary inquiry found a drug Court and rehabilitation service was needed in Dubbo. But the State Government wanted another inquiry!! Why? Is one inquiry not enough?
Mr. Saunders, all the projects in Dubbo and surrounds at present were all funded before you became a Member.
What have you been doing? How hard are you fighting for your electorate? Candidate Saunders "fight". Member Saunders "nothing". What is your problem? Is there no money for the "bush"? OR do the Nationals think this is all a waste of money?
People in your electorate are entitled to know.
