More than 401 employees, including eight at Dubbo, were impacted by the receiver's decision to close 21 stores earlier this month.
It came after Harris Scarfe was placed into receivership on December 11, after the appointment of voluntary administrators the same day.
The closure of the Dubbo store has left about 1529 square metres of retail space empty in the centre of the city.
The update about staff across the company was announced on Friday as the receivers continued with plans to position the chain's remaining 44 stores for sale.
The receivers praised the company's team for a "fantastic job" seeking to redeploy staff and also find alternative employment options, "a process supported by other retailers who [had] worked proactively with the team".
Of the 401 staff impacted about 70 per cent have either been "redeployed, obtained alternative roles outside of the group, or are in an active application process for roles", the receivers report.
"The Harris Scarfe team have excelled in supporting staff to find new employment and is very grateful to the other retailers who have actively supported the process to find employment for the staff impacted," receiver Vaughan Strawbridge said.
"All those staff who have been impacted have received all their wages and entitlements in full."
The receivers have advised the date for receiving final offers was extended to COB Friday they anticipate spending the next 10 days assessing the offers and working with the shortlisted parties.
