St Mary's Primary School is an integral part of St Brigid's Parish, teaching Catholic values and traditions in a formal religious education program.
Open to all who share in its mission and purpose, the school offers a vibrant community of faith and learning while providing a high-quality education so every child can find meaning and purpose in their lives.
Catholic Schools Week aims to raise awareness and celebrate the strengths and distinctiveness of Catholic schools.
It provides an opportunity for us to celebrate our Catholic identity, the fundamental role we play within our local community, and the many positive learning experiences that take place each and every day.
The week is also about supporting relationships between all who have a stake in Catholic schools - students, staff, families, clergy, parishioners, and members of the wider community. Our core task is education.
St Mary's is a Catholic school where parents and teachers strive together to develop the full potential of each child spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally and physically.
It is a privilege to work with families to share this responsibility of helping students prepare for the future. The school thrives on the generous support of the parent community with each having their own contribution to make. St Mary's hope all of their families experience a sense of warmth and welcome and that there will be a rich sharing of ideas, talents and enthusiasm to help the children to learn and grow.
