The fees will be dropped to $29 over three days at Petbarn with more than 80 animals in need of new homes.
Dubbo Petbarn manager Eathan Dawson is encouraging residents to come down this Friday, Saturday or Sunday for the once-a-year opportunity.
The animals will have already been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and undergone veterinary checks and behavioural assessments.
Although adoption fees will be drastically reduced, normal adoption procedures will apply to ensure every animal is matched with the right family.
This includes one-on-one meetings with prospective adoptive parents and future fur-siblings.
Last year, a whopping 2,654 animals, totalling 90 per cent of all animals in RSPCA care, found permanent homes across the country.
RSPCA NSW general manager animal care services Ashley Stephenson said there is nothing more rewarding than seeing animals that have been in care for months find a loving home.
