At the workshop, called the Language of Landscape, participants will spend mornings in the great outdoors making visual notes and drawing.
In the afternoons they will flesh out the drawings with paint to create works that pay homage to the landscape.
Ms Fleming, a graduate of the National Art School whose works have been exhibited in regional and metropolitan galleries, is a landscape devotee.
"Even at its harshest, the Australian bush has infiltrated my soul," she said.
"It speaks of ancient knowledge and its unique flora and fauna offer strong appeal."
Ms Fleming has shared her studio with students in weekly classes for more than 30 years and conducted regional, interstate and international workshops.
The 11th Art Unlimited will run from May 22 to May 31 with the workshop earmarked for May 23 and May 24.
It is suitable for "all levels of art-making experience" and costs $285 including lunches.
