It fit perfectly with the Library Lovers Day 2020 theme of 'uncover something new'.
Rather than Valentine's Day, patrons could celebrate their love of books with cake and a cuppa.
Or if knitting is more your thing, the library also had it's regular Sit 'n' Knit.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
A new group has also started at the Dubbo branch of the library. What's News Today? is a group for men, held from 10am on Fridays. It's a chance to have a coffee and a chat while discussing the news or reading the paper.
But, that wasn't all the library had to offer on Friday.
There was also the ever-popular Rhyme Time, which provided plenty of entertainment.
