Some of the state's best junior girl cricketers will make the journey to Bathurst this week for the NSW CHS Girls Cricket Championships.

Running from February 17-20, 10 regional teams - including a Western side - will contest four Twenty20 matches and two 50 over matches.
Only one Bathurst-based player was included in the Western side - Kelso High Campus student Chloe Stapleton.
The year 9 student said her Western side may struggle at the tournament because of a lack of training.
"The past few years we came last," she said.
"There's not much time for training because we're so far a part. We've lost some of our 12 year students, so it won't be easy."
Western's only training run came on the Sunday prior to the tournament commenced, before the team begins its campaign on Monday with two Twenty20 matches against South Coast and North West, with both games to be played at the Sportsground.
Then on Tuesday Western will face North Coast and Hunter at George Park 1 and Watson Oval respectively.
Wednesday will see Western play its first 50 over match, with an opponent and venue to be determined.
All 10 teams are in the one group and at the end of five matches, the teams are sorted into a ladder based on wins and points.
The championship match between first and second will be at the Sportsground on Thursday, while third and fourth will clash at Morse Park 1, fifth and sixth will play-off at Morse Park 2, seventh and eight will play at George Park 1 and the wooden spoon decider between ninth and 10th will be played at George Park 2.
Bathurst last hosted the championships back in 2016.
"Bathurst has had it a few times and it's a pretty good town to host this event as there's so many grounds in such a short distance from each other," championships manager David Amaral said.
"There's been players that have previously played in this carnival that have gone on to play for NSW or Australia."
Western last won the tournament back in 2012, when it was held in Cronulla, winning 12 titles since 1977.
This year's teams include Western, Hunter, North Coast, South Coast, North West, Riverina, Sydney East, Sydney North, Sydney South West and Sydney West.
The Sportsground, Morse Park 1 and 2, George Park 1 and 2, Loco Oval, Watson Oval, Brooke Moore Oval and St Stanislaus College will host games.
