The crew running Dubbo's Melanoma March event next month will become bartenders for the night of February 20 at the Commercial Hotel.
The pub takeover is out to raise awareness of the disease and help the Melanoma Institute Australia reach its goal of zero deaths from melanoma.
It's the sixth time the Commercial has held its Community Bar Tender event.
From 6-9pm on the night, $1 from every drink and the proceeds of the night's meat raffle will go to supporting Dubbo's Melanoma March.
Commercial Hotel general manager Jimmy Anthon said since starting the Community Bar Tender concept in September, they had been overwhelmed with support.
Charities and organisations that had benefited so far included The Exchange, Groovy Booby Bus, Black Dog Ride, Little Ray of Giving and the NSW Rural Fire Service, he reported.

"Each group has raised between $900 and $1500 from the night, which has gone straight back into supporting the wonderful work they do locally," he said.
The Commercial will continue the event throughout 2020, and it will be held on the third Thursday of the month.
"We'll be releasing the full calendar of groups we will be supporting this year in the coming weeks and encourage the community to come down and support these wonderful organisations where they can," Mr Anthon said.
