The program focusing on building firms up was embraced by the industry, The Exchange community manager Minna Demetriou said.
"In 2019, we attracted 30 to 60 people to each Women in Construction event, engaging with many on social media channels, through the news, and in person, targeting those who work 'on the business' and 'in the back office' of trades and construction businesses in Dubbo," she said.

"We have been overwhelmed with the demand and requests to create Women in Construction from past attendees, that the program is back, scheduled to be held quarterly in 2020."
The Exchange was excited to be hosting the first GJ Gardner Homes Women in Construction evening, with supporting sponsorship from North Construction and Building on February 19, Ms Demetriou said.
"In this event and re-launch of the program, The Exchange's CEO and founder, Jillian Kilby, will be giving what will be an exclusive, behind the scenes account of the redevelopment of the 132-year-old Exchange Clock Tower, as our very own woman in construction," she said.
"As a celebration for the restoration of Dubbo's most beautiful heritage building, the local trades who worked on the building will be in attendance on the night to discuss the details of the restoration with Jillian.
"We are so thrilled to be partnered with GJ Gardner Homes for this event as our key sponsor, as they are so invested in the learning and development of small businesses in Dubbo's booming construction industry.
"We'd also like to thank North Construction and Building for their supporting sponsorship for this event."
This year the program will be held at The Exchange Clock Tower.
The event is free for community members of The Exchange, and $10 for non-members, and people can reserve a seat by registering on The Exchange's website.
