The 2019 Showgirl Tyla Comerford and 2017 Showgirl Rose Broughton will have their luscious locks cut by professional hairdresser Lyndall Cohen from Hair Empire at the Pastoral Hotel on Saturday night.
The hair will be donated to Variety Children's Charity NSW and ACT which will use it for making wigs for children who have lost their hair due to a medical condition.
Miss Comerford said she was 'excited' for Saturday night, rather than being nervous.
She said she decided to choose Variety Children's Charity because it meant her and Miss Broughton's hair would be "given a second life and made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a long-term medical condition".

Miss Comerford said it would give back the gift of confidence and self-esteem.
According to Variety Children's Charity NSW and ACT, wigs can cost families up to $6000 and they last one to two years. It means families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child's youth.
Tickets to the fundraiser, where the girls will cut their hair, cost $40.
"All the money from our fundraiser event will go towards giving kids in need a fair go," Miss Comerford said.
"This could mean purchasing a new wheelchair for a child with a disability or buying school uniforms for kids who are doing it tough.
"Within our community, they [Variety] have provided assistance to 14 kids in the Dubbo region alone.
"This has been in the way of mobility equipment, medical supplies, communication tech and school equipment as well as granting a wig to a child."
Some of the money raised from the event will also be donated to the Dubbo Show Society to help and assist with the running of the annual Dubbo Show for 2020.
The event will kick off from 6 pm, with the hair-cutting set to kick off at around 7 pm.
Tickets are required and can be purchased online through 123tix.
Those who purchased their tickets before Saturday night's event will receive an all inclusive free drink, upon arrival, wine, champagne or beer, a grazing platter and finger food, live entertainment by Rebecca White and a donation to charity.
Atendees will also be included in the chance to win a lucky draw prize of six chocolate muffins donated by Caitlyn Amor from Dubbo business, 'Food at Yours'.
