A man who told a woman he'd "do anything to make himself appear the victim" if she refused to ask police to drop domestic violence action in court has been warned he could end up in jail if he does it again.

Brendan Aaron Whaley breached conditions of an apprehended violence domestic order (ADVO) when he called the woman 34 times on New Year's Day.
He repeatedly pressured her to try to get the ADVO dropped.
In court documents police said the 30-year-old Nyngan man told the woman he would "do anything to make himself appear the victim and drag the ADVO matter through the court to make it painful for the victim".
Police said Whaley also told the woman "committing suicide" would be easier than maintaining the ADVO.
The woman, who said she feared Whaley would physically harm her, reported the matter to police in Narromine on January 3.
After Whaley was arrested by police on Tuesday, January 7, he spent a night in custody.
He pleaded guilty to an apprehended violence domestic order breach charge at Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday, January 8.
Magistrate Gary Wilson noted Whaley never previously spent time in custody, had a limited criminal record and pleaded guilty at the first available opportunity.
Whaley was placed on a community corrections order and required to be of good behaviour for 12 months.
Magistrate Wilson said Whaley should "be very mindful" he could "end up in jail" if he breached the ADVO again while he was subject to the community corrections order.
