Started by Australian Red Cross' George Chapman, the campaign aimed to put an AED in all of Dubbo's high-trafficked areas. After covering Dubbo, Mr Chapman spread the campaign to Wellington.
Funding for the AED was raised thanks to a charity bowls day at Club Dubbo and through various fundraisers from the West Dubbo Diggers and Friends.
