"We continually fundraise throughout the year with raffles and movie nights, however we also depend on community support for donations," she said.
The Honda Foundation chairman Stephen Collins said the donation would ensure the Pink Angels could continue to assist people in need during and post treatments.
The equipment would go a long way in helping Pink Angels to continue their work with people in Western NSW, Mr Collins said.
Pink Angels provides assistance to residents across western NSW, from Dubbo to Lightning Ridge to Bourke and surrounding towns.
For every Honda sold in Australia, $15 goes into a donation pool, which is distributed to different charities.
