The duo again form part of the squad which has dominated the carnival at Alice Springs in recent times.
They won't be joined by fellow Dubbo junior Marty Jeffrey this time though as he was unavailable to make the trip away for a full week due to work commitments.
Larance and Patterson, who is now playing his cricket with Campbelltown-Camden in Sydney, starred at last year's carnival with both bat and ball and went on to be named in the Australian Indigenous squad which went on a historic tour of England.
The pair are again expected to form a key part of the Blues side this campaign, as both are hard hitters of the ball while offering something vastly different with the ball.
Patterson's speed has proved hard to handle in the past at Alice Springs while off-spinner Larance's nagging lengths and changes of pace has also resulted in plenty of wickets.
The NICC format features a number of Twenty20 and one-day games, with matches running for a week from Monday.
The Blues play two Twnety20 matches on Monday, taking on Northern Territory and then Queensland.
