That's an increase from the 28 people to receive citizenship last year.
The new residents were welcomed to the front by Member for Parkes and Minister for Regional Services Mark Coulton.
Among those to have been officiated was Buddhika Warriakulasuriya and his family of four - his wife and two daughters.

Mr Warriakulasuriya was born in Sri Lanka but said he and his family loved the lives they had made here in Australia.
"The communities in Australia are everything," Mr Warriakulasuriya said.
"Australia itself as a country is everything. We have family in Melbourne, but we're happy in Dubbo. The community here is amazing."
Mr Warriakulasuriya said the ceremony was beautiful and accepting he and his family's official citizenships was a moment he would remember forever.
"We feel good to be accepting our citizenships," he said.
"It has been a fantastic day, and the ceremony has been beautiful."
It has been Australia's lost summer. Drought, hail, floods and, worst of all, bushfires have ravaged communities all over the nation. But the selfless actions of friends, family, neighbours, strangers, local groups and volunteer organisations have inspired us and strengthened the bonds of community.
