A Warren woman who allegedly reversed her car into an 88-year-old man outside an aged care facility has pleaded not guilty to a negligent driving occasioning death charge.

Kimberley Kirsten Sayers, 35, faced Dubbo Local Court on January 22 charged with a string of negligent driving offences and failing to help the man after her car allegedly hit him.
She pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The Daily Liberal understands Ms Sayers worked at the aged care facility and the man resided there.

The incident allegedly took place on September 11 last year and police initially only charged Ms Sayers with failing to assist the man and two other grievous bodily harm offences.
Police said the man needed surgery for a leg injury. It's understood he died at a later date.
The case returns to court on February 26.
