Dubbo resident and organiser Noni Kuhner said like the first protest she staged last month, the latest gathering would highlight concerns about the government's climate policies and handling of the bushfire crisis.
"There'll be ice blocks and cold water to beat the heat, and we'll be raising money for the RFS and Red Cross as we read out the stories of those impacted by the fires," Ms Kuhner said on social media.
The Dubbo protest will be held in concert with similar protests across Australia from 5.30pm at 153 Brisbane Street.

Mr Coulton previously described the actions of Dubbo climate protesters as "ineffective" and said he was more "responsive to people who were doing practical things".
The government says it's spending more than $46 million supporting firefighters and meeting its international climate change obligations.
