Henderson rose to fame after placing third on Australia's Got Talent in 2010 and runner-up on The X Factor Australia in 2013. He later signed with Sony Music Australia.
Part of the singer's success during those talent shows and beyond is due to his ability to make the sometimes tricky interaction between guitar and voice seem easy, something his musical hero Ed Sheeran is also famous for.
Henderson first started playing the guitar at 16 after being inspired by his father, who would always play around the house.
Henderson and his father would play the guitar together, and it was his father who taught him to play before he "found his own style."
Henderson's Dubbo performance will run for two-hours across two sets.
The first set will showcase all of Henderson's original songs from his albums 'Self-Titled', and, 'Burnt Letters'.
Set two will showcase Henderson covering some of the greatest hits from British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran.

Henderson said he wanted to cover hits from Sheeran because he's "one of his greatest musical influences."
"He [Sheeran] is incredible," Henderson said. "I love that if he were to have a concert tomorrow, people would be there in a second."
Henderson said he first started listening to Sheeran on YouTube, where the chart-topping musician first starting posting his music before he became famous.
Henderson said he still "gets so nervous" before shows, but his audience always seems to "put him at ease", and he always ends up having the "best time ever".
