The licensed real estate agent at Raine & Horne Dubbo, mother of four and grandmother of six with another on the way, is also planning to spoil her family on Christmas Day.
Here are Mrs Allan's responses to the Daily Liberal's Christmas Q & A.
What do you want from Santa this year?
I have spoken to Santa and I said I want lots of rain and no more dust storms. He said he'll see what he can do
What does Christmas mean to you?
It's the happy feeling it gives me. Being with family and friends, cooking, laughing and creating memories for our children and grandchildren. I love to see those beautiful smiles and "grandmar" and grandad cuddles all year round but Christmas is extra special
What will you be doing on Christmas Day?
It's at our home every year and I cook up a storm. There's usually about 20 to 25 for lunch but I like to get the very long table decorated the night before and as much cooking as I can do also, so Christmas can be spent having fun playing games, swimming and enjoying the family.
Every year is the best Christmas especially if we have a full house and another grandchild to enjoy it with.

What was your best Christmas?
Every year is the best Christmas especially if we have a full house and another grandchild to enjoy it with. This year the twins are two and it will be so much fun. Christmas is what you make of it.
Do you prefer hot food or cold food on Christmas Day?
Definitely hot. I glaze the ham, stuff the turkey and roast the pork. I do most of the cooking the day before so I just have to do the roast veggies on the day but a glass or two of champers does help, along with Christmas carols on the day. So it's all hands on deck for getting it served up.
Where would your ideal place be to spend Christmas Day?
If I win the lottery, I would take all my family and extended family to Hamilton Island and get it catered for with no cleaning up and we could swim and spend the day building sand castles.
