Porter has starred for the Country 16s side which has won its first two games while Ryan's 18s are also unbeaten.
The first games saw the NSW Country sides meet the England Community Lions.
NSW Country 16s scored a commanding 62-0 win, with Porter one of the standouts.
The livewire fullback scored two tries in the win over the Lions.
His second was one of the day's standouts, as he caught the eye when cleaning up a kick and then zipping down the left wing before swerving inside and beating four defenders to the line to make it 22-0 in NSW Country's favour after 16 minutes.
Porter also chimed in with a goal in the win.
The side backed up that performance with a 32-10 win over the Leeds Rhinos.

NSW Country set the tone early in that game, forcing a number of errors, and once they turned possession into points they controlled proceedings.
Ryan's under 18's team has also won both matches defeating Community Lions 50-6 and Leeds Rhinos 34-4.
The game against Leeds, played at the Emerald Headingley stadium, started in an arm wrestle with the Rhinos leading 4-0 early in the game until Forbes backrower Jack Hartwig crossed over for a try which shifted the momentum to the NSW Country side.
NSW Country five-eighth Tyrone Roberts was the star making several line breaks and orchestrating several opportunities in the first half.
After an altercation between the two sides Wellington junior Rylee Blackhall was sin-binned but Country continued to dominate the match ending 34-4 victors.
Hartwig labeled the experience once in a lifetime after their victory against Leeds.
"It was a good game, they stuck it to us a bit at the start but we held on and kept with it," the Group 11 juniors premiership winner said.
"It is awesome to play at this beautiful stadium and it's a great opportunity."
Hartwig also admitted how thankful the team is for their families, many of who traveled to the UK.
"It is great to have our families over here and without them, we couldn't have got here," he said.
Porter and Ryan's fellow Dubbo junior Aston Warwick is also in the UK but isn't playing after breaking his collarbone on Dubbo District Rugby League grand final day.
The Country coaches allowed Warwick to still make the trip and savour the experience.
The next match for the NSW Country boys will be against the England Community Lions in the early hours of Sunday morning Australian time.
