He will be officially farewelled during the Milling Stuart Christmas Party at Dunedoo showground on Wednesday, December 18.
Mr Stuart began his livestock agent's career in 1973 when he joined Milling Cale, a Dunedoo local agency which had its origins in 1914 by O.L. Milling in a partnership with H.E. Horne MLC, Milling and Horne.
He started Milling Stuart Pty Ltd in 1990 and has sold at numerous sales at the company's saleyards next to the showground in Wargundy Street right up to recent years where he had taken a more behind the scenes role allowing his nephews, Angus and Jamie to lead the company's future.
The Dunedoo agency celebrated 100 years in the livestock industry selling business in 2014.
John's friends and clients are invited to the party. RSVP to the Milling Stuart office 02 6375 1009.
