Ben Patterson lit up Wade Park in a stunning dig as Bathurst City's Royal Hotel Cup marquee and he'll be looking to the same this week, except he'll be in Sydney Thunder colours instead.

Patterson and fellow Wiradjuri star Doug Potter, from Dubbo, will both line up for the Thunder in this week's Indigenous Twenty20 Cup at Orange's home of cricket, in which they'll face the Hobart Hurricanes in three games.
The series has been played in Orange for a number of years now, and a handful of other Wiradjuri representatives will don the electric green, with Daniel Dellow, Jack McDonald and Austyn Nugent all named as well.
"I am so proud to be able to represent my family, community and people through Sydney Thunder," Dellow said.
"Sydney Thunder have offered such a great opportunity to me and I'm thankful to be able to engage with the cricket community as well as wider community."
While cricket is a crucial part of the Indigenous T20 Cup, the engagement across age groups and cultures helps empower the players to become leaders and grow as people.
"I believe that my Indigenous T20 Cup experiences have helped to develop my people skills and self-confidence," Dellow said.
"The experience offers great leadership and guidance to young Indigenous men and women and I hope I can continue to work with the team and be a mentor to the younger players coming through."
The Thunder face the Hurricanes on Wednesday night from 5pm before playing twice on Thursday, from 10.30am and then 2pm.
