Olney (116 not out) hit 10 fours and seven sixes as he pummeled the bowling around John McGrath 2, setting United an almighty 303 for victory.
Earlier, opener Jack Benias (59) and Hugh Olney (32) put on 62 for the second wicket setting the platform for Olney's ton.
United's Bryce O'Malley (43), Pat Cuskelly (33) and Mick Davis (33) got starts but it was not enough as regular wickets allowed Coolbaggie a comfortable victory, bowling United out for 191.
In the other third grade games, an all-round display from Macquarie player Indika Dombepola was the highlight in their defeat at the hands of CYMS White.
Josh Townsend (69) and Jodan Porter (30) starred as CYMS set 186 for the win. Dombepola's (3/9 and 57) heroics saw Macquarie show fight but they fell 12 runs short.
Newtown Gold defeated Rugby after a Gary Goodman (56) and Dugald Shepherd (34) led performance saw Rugby score 163 from their 40 overs. Colin Smith scored a composed 68 not out as Newtown reached the target with five overs remaining.
CYMS Green failed to chase 208 after John Byrne (88) and Jeff Shanks (54 not out) had earlier led the way for Souths Lemons. Joseph Jackson (39) was the best contributor for CYMS who were bowled out for 165.
Shayne Wilesmith guided his side home in a thriller as Newtown Demons defeated South Limes. Connor Crain (4/17) led the way as Newtown collapsed to be 6/84 at one point in their chase of 156 but Wilesmith (29 not out) and Pete Morrison (15 not out) got the Demons home.
Newtown Black had the bye this week after RSL-Paramount and RSL-Colts United combined to become one side due to a lack of numbers.
In the RSL-Pinnington Cup second grade competition, South Dubbo defeated Newtown after veteran John Colwell starred for the Hornets. Mick Fraser (26) and George Dickson (25) combined with Colwell (84) to set Newtown 161 for victory.
Spinners Greg Kerr (3/40) and Craig Pettit (3/25) combined to take the bulk of the wickets for Newtown.
Cam Collins (39), Josh Battishall (28) and Pettit (28) all chipped in but Souths hung on for the win and kept a hold of top spot on the ladder.
Spinner Lachlan Rummans (4/35) starring as Newtown finished on 154.
RSL-Colts faced CYMS in a low scoring match, as the Cougars chased down 110.
Mitch Campion (35) was the shining light in the RSL innings as Lachie O'Malley, Damien Smith and Matt Ellis took two wickets each while youngster Aydan Hunt (1/22) showed signs of a bright future.
Opener Heath Larance (39) and 14-year-old Trae Smith (24 not out) were crucial in the run chase as CYMS won with 15 overs to spare.
In the final game, Rugby was too good for Macquarie.
Ty Webb (55) and Nick Karydis (47) scored the bulk of the runs for Rugby, who set the Blues 186 for victory. Harry Brennan (41 and 3/38) was the best for Macquarie but they fell eight runs short, largely due to Mitch Rosenbaum's 3/38.
