Police allege Allison Mary Peel was found with cannanabis, cocaine, MDMA, buprenorphine, ice and amphetamines.
The drugs were allegedly located by police after they searched a room the 42-year-old woman was in at the motel on Friday afternoon.
About $1250 in cash was also allegedly found in the room.
Ms Peel was charged with a string of drug supply and possession offences.
She entered not guilty to pleas to every drug supply and possession offence she was charged with when she faced Dubbo Local Court this week. Ms Peel also pleaded not guilty to recklessly dealing with the proceeds of crime.
She was initially granted bail in court on Saturday, but was unable to meet bail conditions. Earlier this week Ms Peel walked from free from court after a magistrate granted her bail.
Her case returns to court on December 18.
