Board chairman Dr Robin Williams welcomed Mr Sam and Cathy Baynie to the board at a recent meeting at Dubbo.

"We are very fortunate to welcome both Greg Sam, chief executive of the Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section, and Cathy Baynie, a member of the Commonwealth's Primary Health Reform Advisory board to the WNSW PHN board," he said.
Ms Baynie is the national president and chairwoman of the board of the National Association of Practice Management.

Mr Sam has held board positions with Palliative Care Australia, Asthma Australia and the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council. He is currently a NSW director of Carers Australia.
