The siblings came third in the Professional New Vogue in Wellington, New Zealand, and fourth in the Professional Standard.
Ms Donnelly said it was an amazing experience.
"We had multiple judges over the five dances place us first. [It was] such a thrill at an international level," she said.
"We actually came second in one of the five dances too. There were only two judges from Australia and the rest were all international adjudicators. It was such an amazing experience."

The Fantasy Dubbo DanceSport competitors have also had a successful start to the month.
Fifteen-year-old twins Wyatt and Georgia Schubel received a first on their first time competing, as well as a second, third, fourth and fifth in the Junior Open Rec Couple events.
It's an incredible achievement for Georgia who has only been dancing for the past six weeks.
