A Dubbo woman, who a court heard was expected to be dead within the next five years, will spend one of those years subject to a community corrections order after she was convicted of intimidation.

Self-confessed alcoholic Christine Margaret Scott was in her ground floor unit on Myall Street when she lashed out at two teenagers on September 10.
According to a statement of agreed facts presented in court, Scott and her 15-year-old victim resided in the same unit complex.
Scott got angry when the victim swept material over the edge of his unit's balcony, which was situated upstairs above her unit.
"I'll bash you," Scott, who pleaded guilty, told the teenage victims from her ground floor unit.
"Go cut yourself, go kill yourself," she said.
"I'll kick your c**t in."
Scott's speech was slurred as she hurled abuse at the victims and caused both children to fear for their safety.
According to the statement of agreed facts, Scott told police she planned to "stomp" on one of the victim's heads.
In Dubbo Local Court last week, Scott's legal representative said her client was on a bond when the intimidation occurred.
Scott had been battling alcohol abuse for 20 years and was taking medication to reduce alcohol cravings, the legal representative said.
The legal representative said Scott had "extremely reduced liver function" and a life expectancy of five years.
Scott admitted she handled the situation badly and said she should have "just walked away", the legal representative told the court.
Magistrate Gary Wilson convicted Scott and placed her on a 12-month community corrections order.
She is required her to be of good behaviour and report to community corrections.
