Police said the boys - one aged 14 and two aged 16 - stole a van from a business on Fox Street about 1.30am on Saturday.
According to police, the van was first driven around the Walgett township before it was driven along dirt fairways at a golf course.
About 5.30am, emergency services responded to reports of a vehicle fire on the golf course and the stolen van was totally destroyed by fire.
An investigation commenced and police seized several items from a home.
Police said the boys were dealt with in accordance with provisions of the Young Offenders Act, which provides an alternative process to court proceedings through the use of youth justice conferences, cautions and warnings.
Investigations continue.
