Operated by Mathew and Katrina Dickerson alongside 12 full and part-time staff members, the company utilises the Telstra network to connect mobile phones on plans and outright as well as connecting to the NBN as well as stocking a range of accessories to suit.
Mr Dickerson said Axxis strives to deliver holistic solutions every single day.
"At no stage is the team chasing an award or a pat on the back," he said.
"The satisfaction of extremely satisfied clients who trust in the team at Axxis is reward enough.
"But being recognised by an external organisation for the exceptional work undertaken by the team gives more confirmation that the team is delivering on the promise of customer service."
Mr Dickerson said the secret to success was delivering on great customer service.
"Great customer service is going one step better and doing more than you say you are going to do.
"If the customer, not sales, is at the heart of what you do and all the focus is on the customer then you are going to always deliver great service.
"Personally I have always had an innate desire to help people and we employ a team of people at Axxis who love to help."

Mr Dickerson said their recent award on Friday night proves how much they value their customers.
I think the real difference is the fact that our staff are not tasked with sales targets and the business is not driven by financial gain.
"The staff are judged on how well they service clients and how well they provide solutions to client," he said.
"Sales happen in the process of delivering exceptional solutions, not the other way around."
Encouraging people to shop locally is what keeps Axxis thriving, with the company employing a number of local tradesman to complete a recent upgrade to their shopfront.
"We required approximately 25 different trades to perform the work and all but one of those trades were sourced from Dubbo businesses."
The future looks bright for the Dubbo communications business with Mr Dickerson thanking his clients for their ongoing support.
"The appreciation shown by clients of axxis makes it very easy to continue to provide exceptional levels of service," he said.
"Axxis wishes to continue to provide exceptional telecommunications solutions for people in the Dubbo region."
