The networking group had 'Multiculturalism in Dubbo' as the theme for its sixth event.
It featured speakers originally from India, Vietnam, the United States, New Zealand, Chile and Germany.
Mingle founder Amy Rutherford said it had been great to hear their stories.
"I think it's pretty cool that they could be anywhere in the world and they are living in and loving Dubbo," she said.
"It gave me a new perspective of how newcomers see Dubbo and gives a whole new appreciation to the perfect lifestyle and great opportunities we have here in our growing city."
Guests also tasted food from different cultures, with pappadams, burgers, traditional Maori hangi, a German chocolate dessert served.
